Welcome designers and makers I have designed a cyclone separator for the workshop. I did some tests with different versions of the cyclone separator and came up with a model that works perfectly fine. The cyclone separator basically consists of two individual parts, but I have fitted the model with an additional filter insert for better filtration.A filter grid is clamped into this insert to keep coarse dirt in the cyclone container during suction. Assembly:The grid is attached to the filter insert via the filter ring using three M3x10 screws. A cut foam rubber plate is used between the two halves to seal the cyclone. The filter insert is secured in the upper cyclone section with three M3x10 screws. The two cyclone halves are then mounted on the inside using six M6x20 screws and on the outside together with the second seal and the polycarbonate plate using six M6x30 screws.The respective hose connections have a diameter of 40mm.The files for the filter grid, the polycarbonate plate and
