WS2811 SCREEN

This model is for the WS2811 Lights as shown in the picture. The lights have little notches in them so I designed a screen to hold them taking advantage of that. The lights can go in then twist 45 degrees to get a snug fit, I would recommend super gluing them or editing the model so they twist in under a fitting, maybe I'll do that on a v-2. The pieces fit together by little pegs that are on the side.

The screen I made was 5x8 blocks (25x40 lights) with a wood frame, as shown in the picture there I cut the wood to fit the locking system I put onto the sides of the frame. You will need alternating SIDE1 and SIDE2 along the edges and 2 of each of the corners.

My recommendation would be to try to make 2 normal ones then see if you like how they snap together, if you would like to modify them I can send you the fusion files, as long as you send me the improvement (;
