I made this to mount the very inexpensive and hackable Yi 1080p Home camera to the trim at the top of a window. Support structure is built in. The arms and the panning head have supported nut traps, so place them properly on the build plate if you want to print without additional support. Use SAE #6 5/8" and 3/4" machine screws. Google "yi hack" for information on how to essentially "re-flash" the camera so you take control. Note that the camera STL is included for reference and will not print a functional camera.
Mount from the top, bottom, side, or where ever. I use the holes in the arms to help manage the cable. Attach to trim, sill, stool, wall, small furry rodent, or whatever.
There's no tolerance built into the joint, so a tiny bit of sanding might be helpful, depending on how well tuned your printer is.
