I have been working on this build for quite some time. I was already getting good results from this printer built with printed parts. Printed parts conform to pressure and lose tension over time. Bolts become loose after a some time. I am in the process of replacing some of the printed parts with machined aluminium pieces. As can be seen from pictures posted above, part_A to part_D have been replaced. Still awaiting part_E to part_J to be delivered. Various types of corner brackets and T-slot nuts are used to hold frame and everything else to the frame.

Posted above are the stl files for printed parts which will be slightly different from machined aluminium pieces due to big difference in material strength. Only essential stl files for building this printer are posted. The rest can be gen
