MOD-t cover handle inserts

This is an insert for the handle holes of the [NewMatter MOD-t](https://store.newmatter.com/#!/mod-t-3d-printer) acrylic cover. When installed, the fan noise is dramatically reduced.

Print two at 0.20mm layer height and 10% infill for best results.

Printed on one of my finely tuned Mini Kossel linear delta printers these are a perfect snap fit.

Printed on the (closed source) un-tunable MOD-t they come out a bit larger. But, they will still work because they are tapered.
