Greg's Wade Extruder Prusa I3 for 1.75mm filament

I was building a single plate Prusa I3 and I was having a lot of trouble finding a 1.75mm version of the Greg's extruder. I ended up just modifying the scad file, but I figured that this might help some other people out one day.

This version is made to have a 24mm hole seperation.
