Kossel Mini e3d end effector with built in clamp

This is a really simple end effector based off the original Kossel mini end effector.

I removed the plate that holds the extruder on, and modified it to fit an e3d extruder, it is held on by one M3 nut placed in the slot and one M3 bold that is used to press against the side of the extruder head.

Really simple to install, no annoying screws and can be easily removed or changed without hassle.
