This is a Go Pro quick release bracket that can be mounted to a broom, mop handle, painters stick, rake or whatever common tool that is laying around that is under 24 mm in diameter. After printing I tapped the hole with a 1/4 20 tap and added a thumb screw to pinch tool handle.
