Diamond Age Extruder

A remix of imitation's extruder, the extruder has been edited to remove some unneeded verticies and shrunk slighly on the Z axis to reduce printing time.
This is the extruder body we use on our Mako and X3 printers, and later iterations. As we edit the design, I'll update the files.
