print bed thumb wheel

I use this thumbwheel for my bed as it is so much easier on the fingers to turn. the 3mm nut slot is very tight so I use a soldering iron to heat the nut as I tighten a 3mm bolt with a washer to seat it properly... make this one of your first mods, you will not be sorry (if you dont have auto leveling.)
