lever type control knob

A replacement knob for the Monoprice select mini / Maylan M200. The lever was inspired by Josef Prusa's MK2 control knob. Much easier to rotate when raising the Z axis. The shaft gripping fingers appear to be to weak when printed in PLA. Mine started falling off so i have beefed it up some.
