D-Bot plus E3D Titan Extruder

This is a remix of spauda01's D-Bot XY carriage.

The front carriage plate was modified to attach E3D's Titan extruder for maximum utilization of print bed area. The Titan can be attached using the long bolts that come with the kit, provided a 2mm spacer is used between the motor and extruder. Also included is a holder for a 12mm bed leveling sensor. This design approach accommodates any size extruder motor.

The back carriage plate was modified to accommodate the original cable holder
