SeeMeCNC HE280 Fan Shrouds v2

This is a remix of Idea_Beans' Fan Shroud for HE280 Hot End

I made them lower profile as to clear the bed clips on my Orion.
I increased the length of the fan clips themselves in order to make it easier to pop on and off.
I also redesigned the air duct hopefully direct more air right to the business end of the nozzle.
