FolgerTech FT-5 X Rail Mount with bearings

Replacements for the Melamine X gantry mounts with sockets for 608ZZ skateboard bearings. I had to remove the spacers from the stock idlers. The stock bearings (628ZZ) fit snuggly into the center of the 608ZZ bearings, or you could remove those entirely and use an 8mm smooth rod instead. Use some plastic washers as spacers between the idler gear and the bearings.

The Y belt height has also been lowered down by 2.5mm on the replacement for part FT5 to correct the alignment issues.
