So I found an E3d V6 mount for my Velleman Vertex K8400, with the print cooling fan integrated. But I wanted to use a 50mm radial fan instead of the 25mm "normal" fan. So I designed this in Fusion360. The adapter can simply be glued on the 25mm fan mount.
