Remix of amzaks remix of JF_Chabot's awesome ratchet x axis belt tensioner block. I modified the hole spacing for the [E3D v6 Bowden carriage](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1777358) and also raised the center line of the belt holder and tensioner so that they are as close as possible to parallel.

This should also clear the LM8LUU bearings if you have them seeing as the belt line has been raised although I have not yet put mine back on.
