Cooling fan duct & mount for E3D V6 & Titan extruder

I used Mistral Cooling duct on stock Anet A8, but now I have modified it to Titan direct extruder and e3d v6.
I had to design the mount and since the Mistral Cooling duct is designed for stock Anet A8 MK8 extruder I had to design separate cooling duct.
Hopefully it will be useful for other with similar setup.

Update1: edited the mount & removed chamfer on extruder side so that it fits better.
