SN-04 & PL-08N E3D mount for Isaac Fank's Aluminium Modular X Carriage.

I had originally designed a sensor holder for the back of Isaac's X carriage, however it was too far from the hotend, and really ineffective. This part replaces the front clamp on the E3D hotend mount to add a holder off the right side of the printer.

Be sure to print the left hand version, not the right hand version.

Print it upside down with supports touching the build plate.
