Customisable extruder temperature test object

Similar idea to fixed prints (see sources) but customisable to your own temperatures and with some test features added.
Unfortunately THIS WILL NOT WORK with customizer as it needs the excellent stencil font "stencil_fix.dxf"; from romankornfeld http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:100779/#files
I have contacted the powers to try and get it added. (But after several attempts I have had no response!!)
Updated Mar 2018 to use the text function and new font "RM playtime stencil".
