Ultimaker 2, 2+, Extended spool holder for really big spools

This is a remix of printyourmind3d's Ultimaker 2, 2+, and Extended+ Universal Spool Holder.
I just got a 3 kg spool of filament for my UM2, which has a hole that is too small for the standard holder, and the overall diameter of the spool is really big, so the regular position has the spool covering the extruder assembly. So I moved the rod lower and over to the left. It works great. And the printer didn't even tip over from all the weight in the back! ;)

My tweaks were done in Blender.
