SRAM GXP Pressfit Bottom Bracket Tool 12mm Rod

I tried to use the tool already here, but found it difficult due to few details:
- 8mm rod doesn't seem sturdy enough for keeping things straight
- the plates were too loose fit for the bearings I got, causing proper alignment problem

So I measured the bearings and the frame BB diameter, designed the plates myself, played with the sizes until I got a snug fit on the cups with bearings and the frame plate. Also decided to use 12mm threaded rod and make the plate shafts a little longer.
