Filament Spool for Ender 3

So I got an Ender 3, and after printing a bunch of upgrades from Thingiverse noticed that my extruder had a little trouble getting my roll of filament to turn, since the spool holder is only 32 mm dia. and the inside dia. of the filament I got was 72 mm. This is meant to bridge that gap and allow the filament to rotate easier. Only works for filament reels 72 mm dia. and 65 mm deep, and on a spool holder with a 32 mm dia.
