This is a Spinner for an electric r/c plane. The largest diameter is 27.4 mm.
The cutouts fit for a GWS 8x4 Propeller. For the thickening of the fixing screws of the cap in the lower part you have to cut away a little bit at the propeller.
The propeller nut (M5) just fits under the cap.
