I ended up overhauling this entire project, as I finally found a setup that doesn't require jamming a fan into the heatsink. This is the lightest setup by far, and I included the f3d files to help with modifying it as needed.The E3D V6 just requires the V6 specific effector, but the V5 heatsink will work with @jonez7 hot end adapter, although it may not be needed (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2449797)

You can use your stock hardware, but you will no longer need the spacers for the effect
