Anycubic Kossel BLTouch Fan Mount

The design made by 8squarefeet was rough around the edges for my purposes (literally), so I shaved it, and added some fillets. I also expanded the hole for the pigtails to be fed through. More than this, however, I was unable to mount it to spikelee's glorious V5 housing when used in conjunction with Paul_GD's effector. The result was two mounts:

- Underfan: as the name suggests, it is meant to be mounted under the fan. Settings as suggested by 8squarefeet for underfan remain the same:
