Amsterdamman's remix of Jstck's Extended Ormerod Z-nut trap

When I first used Jstck's extended Z nut trap I used KISSlicer and the print worked fine. I now use Slic3r 1.1.7 and while building a Ormerod2 I found the M5 nut trap was too tight and the deep hole M3 nut trap was too loose. I opened the M5 nut trap wider and also removed the flare from the M3 nut trap and tightened it very slightly.
