Ez3D Phoenix mount for E3D V6 Hot-End

This part replaces the metal block holding the stock Ez3D Phoenix extruder. It is designed to fit a 1.75mm direct E3D V6 Hotend. I recommend printing this in ABS or a higher temp material.

When assembling, re-drill the filament guide to allow the PTFE tube to extend through the guide and into the hot-end direct from the extruder gear.
