RRD 128x64 GLCD mount & frame for MakerFarm i3v with Smoothieboard

This consists of a compact case and mountable hinge for the GLCD Full-Graphic display module by RepRapDiscount. The hinged mount is intended for use with the MakerFarm i3v printer consisting of a wood frame and aluminum v-rail channels. The hinge mounts to the electronics side of the i3v frame by replacing the uppermost M5x12 v-rail attachment screw with a longer M5x16 screw.
