PLA Printing: 8BitDo Dogle Templates

PLA Button:
Recommended Settings:
Layer Height: 0.12mm (accurate) to 0.2mm (fast).
Temperature: 190-210°C (adjust according to PLA).
Speed: 40-60mm/s to avoid vibrations.
Post-Processing: Lightly sand the sides to ensure a perfect fit.

PLA Lid:
Advantages: Adequate rigidity for protection, even at low infill (20%).
Settings:
Use 100% cooling to avoid sagging in overhead areas.
3-5mm lip for adhesion to flat parts.
Tip: If warping occurs, adjust the bed temperature (60°C) and clean with alcohol.

PLA vs. PETG: PLA is easier to print, but PETG offers greater impact resistance (recommended for intensive use).
