****Do not use hollowed out axle, it's weaker.
To increase resistance (recomended), add reinforcement at the wheel and axle joint like printing full infill at surroundings of that joint or smoothing the shape changes.
You may need to increase the machine grip because sometimes the tube slips. Can be done cutting the gears as a sawtooth.
All in all it works quite well.
Obvious machine components list:
2 x axle
2 x washer
2 x gear
1 x box
