Assorted Thumbwheels

Added a few more designs and improved the design. There is now a space to add a washer between the knob and the bed. All of them have a hex for a nut on the bottom.

(I seem to be fixated on thumb wheels...)

Great design BigUp! I get them mixed up ALL the time. I made them thicker so easier on the fingers and added a hex for a M5 nut.

Plus some others I remixed too.
