This takes 11 minutes to print, and one minute to assemble.

Requirements:
1 3D printed band
1 A4 or letter sized OHP transparent plastic sheet or equivalent
3 Staples (ideally use a staple gun)
Optionally two sticky foam pads for comfort
Staple the OPH sheet horizontally to three locations at the front of the band, as seen in the photos. Add two optional pads for comfort as seen in the photos. That's it.
