Fidget Spinner

Fidget spinner plus gimbal. I redesigned the ball bearing races to capture the ball bearings a little more effectively and modified the gimbal rings to be spherical instead of flat so that they would stay in better. Some gaps are pretty tight to make everything work smoothly, so scaling will probably not work very well, as the gaps will also scale.
