About the Design
This slingshot glider was created for a school summer fayre and has been through three prototype iterations before reaching the final design. The result is a robust airframe with stable and predictable flight characteristics.
For best performance, apply a small upward bend of approximately 10° to the fuselage after printing. This provides the ideal glide pitch and significantly improves flight stability.
A STEP file is included for anyone who would like to remix or modify the design.
