Here's a replacement door arch for cardboard doorways in HeroQuest.
It'll work with the original door bases in the game or with this design:

Note that this arch won't slide down into the very bottom of the slot in the 3D printed base, so the door will end up just a tiny bit taller than a standard door. Very slight difference.
I printed on a raft with supports.
