Knotmaker

This is for practicing to tie (sailors) knots and a cleat.

Print both halves with support depending on your printers capability to print overhangs. The cleat does not need any support when printed flat. 50 to 60 % infill should be enough.
After printing, it might need some post-printing work in terms of cleaning and maybe some grinding, although it should fit nicely without.
Glue both halves together with the cleat in the middle but be aware that the cleat should be moveable for proper function.
