Again these came from Amazon, You only need 1 for this holder.

Disc Screws - M5 (5mm x 12mm) TX Pan Machine Screw (Bolt) - Stainless Steel (A2) (Pack of 20)
Again these came from Amazon, You need 2 of these to hold the holder in place.

I also put a small amount of super clue on the M3 screw to hold it in place.
