Modulo: A Modular Mounting System With just one screw, a standard wooden stick can be transformed into a monopod. It doesn’t even have to be wood—any material works. The base allows for attachment to any rod with a diameter of <30 mm. Simply tighten the M8 screw when attached to a stick and your good to go. This model includes the head variant for a 1/4-inch screw, which can be used to mount cameras, lenses, or other items. I designed this system intentionally burly to hold a heavy telephoto lens with a camera attached to it. The Base and Head are very strong and won't break if you don't overtighten the M8 Bolt or the ¼-inch screw. I will design additional attachments that can be used to mount GoPros, for example. For the base, use a hard material like ASA or ABS; PETG or PLA also work but are slightly less stable. For the pad under the camera, TPU is recommended to prevent scratching and slipping. You NEED Supports for the base and Head!
