STLink V3Mini Case

This is a simple case for a STLink V3Mini debug probe. It is soldered on an adapterboard. I did not create the adaptor by myself, I used the designed from github:

Additional parts:
- a 5 mm piece of transparent 3 mm Filament as fiber optic extender for the status LED
- 2 screws 2,9 mm x 16 or 19 mm with countersunk head
