Fan Adaptator for smartrap X-end

I use an j-head MKV with this X-end for autolevelind bed (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:301007/#files).
This is for a 40 mm Fan
11/05/2014: update, the adaptator was too close from the J-head and too hight
12/05/14: update, fan mount hole are a little thiker
